For your office

Start small.
Start with
the real work.

A useful first file should tell us more than another feature tour. Agree the task, the boundaries, and what a better handoff looks like.

What to agree before live work.

01

The task.

Choose a permitted, eligible file and the precise work Veto will undertake. Establish how the office handles it today.

02

The people.

Name the office sponsor, daily operator, participant help route, and the person who carries the handoff.

03

The scope.

Confirm released workflows, retained office checks, exclusions, the price and payer, the endpoint, and the terms.

04

The return.

Agree where the result belongs, who can retrieve it, and what support and retention apply.

05

The result.

Look at what became easier or more dependable—and any work the service added. A polished demonstration is not an operating result.

Bring a process.
Not private material.

Your normal route.

Be ready to describe how a request enters, how the office reviews it, and where the result is kept.

A recurring burden.

Name the reconstruction, interruption, or handoff you would like to improve.

The right people.

Include the person who owns daily adoption. An owner’s interest and an officer’s usable workflow are different things.

Start with one file.
See what changes.
