The buyer flow, click by click

Walk the same path a buyer takes on their phone — secure link, ID check, account link — and see what the office records at every step.

Every step you just clicked is on the record.

Identity, account, instructions — each recorded with its source and its limitation, bound to file SP-0214. The seller-proceeds side works the same way. The office decides. Veto records the review.

What this walkthrough shows

This is a sample file — SP-0214 — not a live closing. It is the buyer side of a Veto review: the office sends a one-time link, the buyer proves identity and links the account they will send from, and every signal lands in the file with its limitation written down. The seller-proceeds path works the same way.

Officers still decide whether to release. Veto does not move money, does not approve wires, and does not replace the office’s judgment. What it does is put the review on the record so the file can answer what was checked, what stayed open, and who reviewed it — before funds leave trust.
