Escrow Minutes.
Small rooms, real practitioners, no pitch from the stage.
The Threat Briefing
With Jennifer Felten, Esq. — RELAW, APC
Fraud against escrow offices — what the claims look like, what the files looked like, and what a careful office does differently. Jennifer has spent her career on these cases.
For officers and owners. Bring your worst war story.
RSVPs go straight to Sebastian: (818) 533-4120. Date and venue come by reply. Sessions are educational — no product demo from the stage, ever.
What Escrow Minutes is for
Escrow Minutes is a small in-person series for people who run files — officers and owners who want the legal and tactical picture without a product pitch from the stage. Rooms stay small on purpose so practitioners can bring war stories and leave with procedures they can actually use.
Each session pairs a working practitioner or counsel with a concrete problem: how claims look after a bad wire, what examiners ask for, where email and callback habits fail under pressure. We announce date and venue to RSVPs only, so the room stays filled with people who intend to show up.
Sessions are educational. There is no demo of Veto from the stage, and no sales deck. If you want a product walkthrough, book one separately. If you want the briefing, text or email to RSVP — seats are limited and free.
